Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Data analyst specialist leader.

Who will be a member of the performance team and will report to the Performance Data Leader.

The life of Data Analyst @ LEROY MERLIN:

• Understand the needs of the business and translate them in terms of datas and reports

• Identify the business needs, trends and actionable commercial insights by analysis of multiple and large data sources

• Make the link between the business needs and the systems / IT department in order to gather datasources and build the required reports

• Dive deep into large datasets, applying statistical methodologies to extract meaningful trends and patterns

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams by ensuring high data quality and providing meaningful outcomes

• Build and maintain systematic reports on various metrics for global teams
  
• Create visually appealing dashboards to monitor KPI performance and communicate insights effectively
  
  
• Perform a first level of analysis before publishing the reports 
• Be responsible for the preparation and the communication of the Group common KPIs

 We will have the perfect match if you have:

• A University Degree related to Data analytics

• Competency of SQL and Power BI or Looker

• 3-5 years of proven experience as Data analyst

• Strong business understanding

• Team and collaborative spirit

• Strong analytical skills

• Time management and organizational skills

• Sense of service

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Fluency in Greek and English (written and oral), French will be considered as a plus
