We are currently looking for a "Store Services Specialist" for our store in Nicosia.
What will you be responsible for?
Order management of installations in LM products. Daily receivables of order, assignment to the technicians within specific lead times.
Monitoring monthly Customer Satisfaction for all installations. Manage claims and propose improvements in order to increase the e-satisfaction level.
Coordination and prioritization of installations that are related with projects and renovations.
Τechnicians payments and monthly invoicing.
Τraining of the sales team & CC for all the available installations, the pricing and the customer service.
Management of the received customer claims. Responding to customers within 24H and closing the ticket. Outbound call to customer when needed.
Responsible for maintaining and updating the Services presentation in WEB.
Responsible for following up P&L of services/installations and coordinating actions with sales to increase the revenue of sales.
Monitoring and following up the outcome of each activity.
Cooperation with Product teams, Call Center, Sales team & Customer service in stores
Cross functional operations/ teams
Cooperation with Product teams, Call Center, Sales team & Customer service in stores

Support the change and change management system.

It would be the perfect combination if you have:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
1-3 years working experience in Customer service, Supply chain, CRM departments within a corporate environment is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Expert in MS office (Word ,Powerpoint and excel).
Fluency in Greek and English languages, oral and written.
Ability to teamwork, cooperative attitude.
Solution driven and with a “can do” attitude.
Excellent organizational skills and prioritization skills.
Effective communication at a professional level with all levels within the organization or with external partners.
Ability to work efficiently both on own initiative and within a team.
