We are looking for a:

“FP&A Specialist”

The life of a FP&A Specialist @LEROY MERLIN:

• Collect, consolidate and validate financial data from various systems to prepare and analyze monthly Management and IFRS reports.

• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

• Monitor business performance, analyze variances versus budget, forecast and prior year, and explain key deviations.

• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making.

• Identify trends, risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve performance.

• Prepare dashboards, presentations and business review materials.

• Work closely with operational and commercial teams to translate business activity into financial insights.

• Contribute to data quality, reporting reliability and continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.

• Support long-term planning (3YPlan), KPI follow-up and month-end closing analysis.

We will have the perfect match if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Audit or Finance.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.

• Good understanding of Management reporting and IFRS.

• Advanced Excel skills; ERP and BI tool knowledge is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.

• Ability to turn financial data into clear insights and recommendations.

• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Organized, proactive and comfortable working under deadlines.

• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
