We are looking for:

Key Responsibilities:
Align category needs with store concept evolution, brand positioning, market trends, customer and store needs. Ensure that Brand Strategy is brought to life via an omnicommerce presence, enabling O2O strategy.
Translate category strategy and missions (e.g., project vs. impulse buying) into physical space.
Develop best macro store layout and macro merchandising per category, promoting Customer Satisfaction, Conversion and Growth. Define and maintain the overall store concept framework (layout, zoning, design principles, customer journey, touchpoints).
Develop zoning principles for inspiration, service, fulfillment and logistics areas
Ensure support of both inspiration and ease of purchase (from inspiration-based zones to assortment display, stock, project & service areas, check out, etc).
Monitor and analyze local & international competition, act as a leader in inspiration and innovation through trend awareness. Respect ADEO guidelines and utilize internal analysis & customer insights in order to make local adaptation and optimize €/sqm performance
Have fundamental knowledge of store equipment so as to identify and choose the suitable equipment. Assure the respect of store image guidelines and share it with respective stakeholders in order to optimize performance of our selling areas, facilitate the customer's journey and ensure optimum and timely execution.
Define and monitor the budget of the categories under scope. (per case)

Skills:
Background in retail space planning, merchandising, architecture, or store concept design.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineer or Architecture
3-5 years of experience in commercial roles,with prior managerial experience in a retail store considered an advantage.
People’s management
Business understanding, Data Acumen
Fluent in English
French (optional)
Customer-centric mindset with a balance of creativity and practicality.
Project management skills and experience with retail rollouts.
Ability to interpret customer insights and translate them into spatial and experiential solutions.
Proficiency in space planning software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, JDA Space Planning)
Strong command of Excel / data analysis tools (for space-performance modeling)
Experience with planogram logic and retail fixture systems
Comfort with customer journey mapping and store traffic data
Store Concept comprehension
Deep understanding of Merchandising rules
Image, relation & services in the store
How to observe the store with the client’s eye & the merchandising knowledge (store visit & exercise) - impact in store layout
The perfect shelf (micro-merchandising) - deep dive of merchandising
Security of collaborators & clients in the store
Data to be used in the store - use cases
Supply chain in relation to the store
