Implements and adjusts the BU's M1, M2 & M3 product strategy to optimize his team’s performance.
Analyzes the prospects and performance of his department and thinks strategically about the acquisition of new talent, skills and profiles, with a view to aiming to achieve the store's vision in line with BU's talent acquisition and individual development strategy.
Develops a development plan for each Sales specialist, in order to improve his skills and reveal his talents, but also to strengthen the engagement and the productivity of his team.
Acts as a sales & customer service trainer and provides frequent training sessions for his team to increase customer satisfaction (NPS).
Organizes daily short meetings on the progress of the department's results in his presence or not, on the department's goals and to determine the priority of daily actions so that the department's performance goals are achieved.
Provides sales guidance by frequent observation of sales teams in the field, subject specific feedback and action plan (eg, training) to improve his team's selling ability.
Implements the performance strategy as defined by the BU by setting SMART goals, using the competency model, providing frequent feedback and monitoring, so that the department's performance goals are achieved.
Cross Functional Operations
Observes, receives information and provides input to other departments of the company on all BU strategies for their departments.
Observes, receives information and provides input to the rest of the store team (regarding operational issues, merchandising, teams, customer needs, etc.) in order to optimize the result of shop.
He is responsible at store level for one or two areas (AVS, OPECOM, RECRUITMENT, etc.) so that there is alignment to store goals e.g. conducts meetings with the team, trains the team.
Responsible for his personal and professional development to be able to inspire and develop his team.
