The life of a Email Marketing Specialist@LEROY MERLIN :
The Email Marketing Specialist will be part of the CRM team of LEROY MERLIN. He/she will play a crucial role in managing Newsletters, sms & Viber campaigns and related platforms to aim on new customer data leads & customer data quality, customer retention and growth through loyalty programs, and Customer experience projects . The position requires a person that will be able to easily collaborate and communicate efficiently with cross-functional internal and external partners and genuinely commit to improve the customer experience and retention
Handling of day-to-day actions to implement email campaigns, sms & Viber messages for different audiences according the strategy
Build campaigns journeys and right audiences for campaigns delivery and automations in our Platform
Work closely with CRM Analytics team and web team to produce reports with actionable understanding of receivers behavior and interests for campaigns performance optimization
Identify best practices to suggest optimization ways of working and campaign performance results (OCR, COR, unsubscription rate)
Suggest ways to increase new leads & opt in emails and collaborate with internal end external partners to complete it effectively
Work closely with Loyalty Specialist leader and external partners to support personalized campaigns according to CRM strategy
Work closely with Product teams for understanding priorities and adapt them to campaigns content to deploy effectiveness based on needs
Effectively communication with CRM team and broader marketing team, to cross-functional partners to gain alignment
Working in a highly organized manner where all tasks are documented and prioritized to produce high performance
We will have the perfect match if you have:
BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
At least 2 years experience in email marketing. Any previous Work experience in customer experience, email marketing, retail marketing will be considered a plus
Strong computer skills (Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint)
High Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Moosend, Contact Pigeon
Attention to detail necessary to ensure quality work as well as analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage complex systems/campaign workflows
Fluent in English & Greek
